What is included in one box?
36 pieces covering 54 sqft. Each piece measures 91.44 × 15.24 cm.
How many boxes do I need?
Divide your floor area in sqft by 54 and round up. Use the area calculator and optionally allow 10% for cutting.
How do I pay?
Place your order, pay the exact total using the payment details, then upload a JPG, PNG or WebP receipt (maximum 5MB) within 24 hours. Payment is verified manually.
Where do you deliver?
West Malaysia only. Shipping Fee is RM20 per carton. Self pickup or arranging your own Lalamove has no shipping fee on this website; you pay the Lalamove fare yourself.
When will my order be dispatched or ready for pickup?
Pay today for dispatch on the next operating day. For pickup, pay before 12 noon for the same operating day; at or after 12 noon for the next operating day. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Contact us to arrange pickup after payment is verified.
Where is the pickup location?
Bukit Raja, Klang. After payment is verified, contact us on WhatsApp for the full address.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, including unopened boxes. We compensate for damage or missing pieces on arrival after checking. Provide a video of all parcel sides before opening, an unboxing video and clear photos; keep the packaging and affected items.
Can you issue an invoice in a company name?
Yes. Select Company at checkout and enter the company name and registration number. Individual invoices use your full name; IC is required.

- PVC vinyl flooring: 2.0mm or 2.5mm; 91.44 × 15.24 cm per piece; 36 pieces and 54 sqft per box.
- Thickness before machine compression: 2.0mm. Actual thickness after compression: 1.5–1.8mm.
- Thickness before machine compression: 2.5mm. Actual thickness after compression: 1.9–2.2mm.
- For installation questions, contact us on WhatsApp.
- Check the design, quantity and condition before cutting or installing. The base floor should be clean, dry, level and sound; seek advice if it is damp, uneven or damaged.
- Screen colours can vary with lighting and device settings. Contact us to check your chosen design before ordering.
After-sales policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, including unopened boxes.
We will compensate for damage or missing pieces on arrival. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice the issue.
- Provide your order number and identify the affected design and quantity.
- For after-sales claims, record a video showing all sides of the parcel before opening it, and an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the items received.
- Also provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, items received and any damaged areas. For missing pieces, tell us the quantity received.
- Keep the packaging and affected items so we can investigate. After checking, we will discuss the compensation method with you.

KC ECOM SOLUTIONS operates KES Malaysia. We collect your name or company name, individual IC or company registration number, phone, email, address, order details and payment receipt. An address is required for invoicing for all delivery methods.
We use this information for invoicing, payment verification, order fulfilment, notifications and after-sales assistance. Required checkout fields are needed to process your order; contact us before ordering if you prefer not to provide them.
Detailed checkout information is available only in management with owner access. IC and registration numbers are excluded from notification emails and the customer order view.
The hosting provider stores site data; the email provider processes notifications. Necessary contact and delivery details may be shared with delivery or warehouse partners to fulfil your order.
Your cart and language preference are stored on your device. Order links grant private access to the order: keep them safe.
